Her name is Blackthorn, which reflects the nature, both charming and barbed. She is dangerous being, a descendant of ancient demons who linked themselves with mortals under macabre pact. As a tiefling she travels across different worlds and attracts much attention, but rarely one can venture to cross her path.
I see a decadent devil in a world of Pain he caused. But the demon as I call it, seems to be bored cause he has no more victims he can punish/dominate.
The drawing it self is very interesting. Its full of detail on the second sight, but you got to concentrate if you wanna see everything the picture wants to tell you.
The "fading World" behind the creature is done veery well. Like that
The dominating red and brown color is giving it a touch of an "autumn for humanity" , like everything is goin to end soon.
Taken as a whole, I love this picture, an I hope you will not stop drawing in near time
This reminds me of the saying: "The spoils of war." Where do I begin? There are so many things I absolutely adore about the technique(s) used to do the shading and the background as well as the colors you chose to do this in and how well the colors go together. The woman licking a bloody knife looks both erotic and very haunting. I think her fasical expression is what makes it so erotic and haunting. She looks as if she doesn't care about what she's done and it's an everyday thing for her to sit in brush and lick blood from a knife. She looks poised and relaxed at the same time and the way the leafs cover her breasts and lower extremities makes her look wild but somehow tamed. I love this piece. I can't put it any other way.
